Construction has always been part of our DNA.
What began as hands-on experience in residential construction as a teenager evolved into a lifelong passion for building and renovation. After years of running a successful construction business in Idaho, founder Mycka Koger brought that same dedication to quality and precision to Utah — launching Salt to Summit Construction & Renovation in 2023.
Today, the company continues to grow throughout Cache Valley and Northern Utah, helping homeowners turn ordinary houses into inspired living spaces through expert remodeling, additions, and ADUs.

Salt to Summit Construction & Renovation was founded by Mycka Koger, a builder with nearly a decade of hands-on construction experience and a lifelong passion for quality work. After growing up and working in Idaho’s construction industry for several years, Mycka brought his skills and vision to Utah — founding Salt to Summit to serve homeowners throughout Cache Valley and Northern Utah.
Mycka takes pride in combining precision craftsmanship with clear communication and strong organization. Every project — whether it’s a remodel, addition, or ADU — is managed with attention to detail and a deep respect for the client’s home.
He’s supported by his wife, Sarah, who’s been there since the very beginning — from lending a hand on job sites to helping shape the company’s long-term goals. Together, they’ve built Salt to Summit around a shared belief: that honest work and lasting results speak for themselves.
