The Next Step

What The $500 On-Site Consultation Gets You

Ninety minutes at your house, a 3D scan of the space, and a written proposal with a real price at the end of it. Credited back against your project when you build with us.

Why It Is Paid

The Call Is Free. This One Is Not.

The first phone call costs nothing and it always will. This is a different thing. It is ninety minutes at your house, a 3D scan of the space, and then office time turning what we found into a written scope and a real number.

That work has a cost whether or not you end up building with us, which is why it has a price. If you do build with us, the $500 comes straight back off your project.

At Your House

What We Do While We Are There

Ninety minutes walking the actual space rather than describing it over the phone. Five things happen, roughly in this order.

What you actually want done

We start where you are. Which rooms, what is bothering you about them, and what you picture instead. This is the part that decides everything downstream, so we take our time over it rather than measuring first and asking later.

Scope

What the project actually includes once somebody writes it down. Walls, mechanicals, finishes, and the things that have to move because something else is moving. Most of the gap between a cheap bid and an honest one lives right here.

Feasibility

Whether what you are picturing can be built in the house you actually have. Sometimes the answer changes the plan, and it is far better to find that out standing in the room than after a wall is open.

Time frame

How long the work would take, and roughly when it could start once design, selections and permitting are accounted for. A realistic date is worth more to you than an optimistic one.

A 3D scan of the space

Before we leave, we capture a 3D scan of the area. That gives us exact measurements to work from rather than a notebook full of numbers, and it is what the 2D plans get drawn from later.

Afterwards

What You Get When We Are Done

We take it back to the office, put the numbers together, and send you a bid package.

A proposal with the scope and the price

What we are building and what it costs, written down. Not a range and not a number said out loud on a doorstep — a defined scope with a price attached to it.

How and why, and in what order

The full scope explained: how each part of the work gets done, why we do it that way, and the order it happens in. If you have ever been handed a bid that was one line and a total, this is the opposite of that.

Visualizations of the finished space

Where it applies, images of what the space will look like once the work is done, so you are not deciding from a written description alone.

2D plans of the area

Where it applies, plans drawn from the 3D scan we captured while we were at the house.

Being Straight With You

What The $500 Does And Does Not Do

It buys the visit and the bid package. That is the whole of it. Booking does not commit you to building with us, and nothing is signed on the day.

If you build with us, the $500 is credited against your project in full. If you decide not to — because the number is wrong, the timing is wrong, or you would rather use somebody else — the fee stays with us. It paid for the work that produced your proposal.

You can reschedule free of charge up to twenty-four hours before. Cancel with more than twenty-four hours notice and the $500 is refunded in full.

Questions

Before You Book

Cancel more than twenty-four hours before your appointment and it is refunded in full. Inside twenty-four hours, or if nobody is at the property when we arrive, it is not. Rescheduling is free at any point up to twenty-four hours before, so if something comes up, move it rather than cancel it.

Yes, in full, if you build with us. It is credited against the cost of your project. If you decide not to go ahead, the fee stays with us — it covered the visit and the work that went into producing your proposal.

No. The free fifteen-minute call exists so that neither of us spends money finding out we are not a fit, and most people start there. If you already know what you want built and would rather go straight to the visit, book it here.

Everyone who has a say in the project. A spouse, a parent, a business partner, an adult child — whoever will be part of the decision. Decisions get revisited when somebody was not in the room, and revisiting them later is what costs time.

Ninety minutes. That is enough to walk the space properly, work through what you want, and capture the 3D scan without anybody being rushed.

Anywhere in Cache County and Box Elder County, and there is no travel charge inside that area. If you are just outside it, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

Pick a time, tell us the address, and pay the $500 to hold it. Bring everyone who has a say — it is far easier to have the conversation once, with everybody in the room.
