Our Contractor Requirements
To ensure every project meets our standards of craftsmanship and safety, all subcontractors must meet the following requirements:
✅ Hold an active trade license issued by the State of Utah (or applicable state license).
✅ Maintain general liability insurance with valid documentation.
✅ Carry workers’ compensation coverage or provide a valid waiver.
✅ Complete all work according to Utah Building Code and Salt to Summit’s internal quality standards.
✅ Maintain professional communication, reliability, and jobsite cleanliness.
✅ Be willing to provide W-9 and insurance certificates upon request.
These requirements are in place to protect our clients, our team, and our contractors — and to ensure that every project bearing the Salt to Summit name reflects the highest standard of construction excellence.
