The Trades We Work With
The form covers every trade a remodel needs — framing, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, concrete, masonry, roofing, siding and more. Pick the closest match and tell us the rest in your own words.
If your trade is not on the list, choose Something else and describe it. We read everything that comes in, and what we need changes with the work we are running.
We work across Cache County and Box Elder County, and we are based in Logan.
We use these details only to contact you about work. We do not sell them, share them, or add you to a mailing list.
What You Will Need
What we need before your first job. An active Utah trade license where your trade requires one, a general liability certificate, workers’ compensation coverage or a valid waiver, and a completed W-9.
You do not need any of it to send this form. Attach what you have and it saves a step later.
What We Expect, And What You Can Expect
Being specific about this is more useful than saying we want good partners. All four of these run in both directions.
The work meets Utah Building Code
Every inspection on our jobs is scheduled and passed before the next phase starts. If something needs correcting we would rather hear it from you first than from an inspector.
You turn up when you said you would
Our schedules are written down rather than run out of a group text, so you will know your dates well in advance. What we ask in return is that you tell us early when they slip, because they sometimes do.
The site gets left clean
These are people’s houses and they are usually still living in them. A clean site at the end of the day is most of what a homeowner judges a crew on, and it is the thing we are least flexible about.
You answer your phone
Straight communication both ways. You will deal with Mycka directly rather than with a coordinator, and we will tell you honestly if we are already covered in your trade instead of leaving you waiting on a call that is not coming.

It goes on file. We go back through these when a project comes up that needs your trade, and if it looks like a fit Mycka will call you about the job rather than about paperwork. If we are already covered in your trade, we will tell you that instead of leaving you waiting.
If your trade requires a Utah license, yes, and we will need the number before your first job with us. Some trades do not require one — send your details anyway and tell us which you are.
