This policy explains what information Salt to Summit Construction & Renovation collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a residential remodeling company based in Logan, Utah, serving Cache Valley and Box Elder County.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you fill in the estimate form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of project, the city your home is in, your timeline, your budget range, and anything you type into the message field. If you book a call through our scheduling link we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the booking questions.

Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not currently run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or analytics that profile you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule and attend a call, and keep a record of work we have quoted or performed. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Who else touches your data

• SiteGround — hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf.
• Calendly — processes call bookings made through our scheduling link, under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site, which means Google receives a request from your browser.
• Email — form submissions are emailed to us and stored in our mailbox.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to work we actually performed are kept for as long as Utah law and our insurance require.

Your choices

Email contact@salttosummitconstruction.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and we keep the software behind it updated. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
