About Mendon

Mendon sits on the western side of the valley below the Wellsville Mountains, and it is one of the older communities in Cache Valley. The housing splits between genuinely historic homes and newer builds. Mendon is also one of the few towns here that issues its own building permits rather than routing them through the county, which changes who we are dealing with on your behalf.
