These terms cover your use of this website. They are not a construction contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us.

Pricing on this site is a range, not an offer

We publish real price ranges because we think hiding them wastes everybody’s time. But every figure on this site — on the pricing pages, the cost pages, and inside the cost estimator tool — is a range drawn from typical Cache Valley projects. It is not a quote, it is not an offer, and it does not bind either of us. A real number comes from walking your house and producing a detailed written scope.

The interactive tools are estimates

The Project Finder Quiz, the Needs & Wants Checklist, and the Cost Estimator are planning aids. They cannot see behind your walls, they do not know your lot, your HOA, or your jurisdiction, and they are wrong sometimes. Do not make a financial decision on their output alone.

Booking or submitting a form does not create a contract

Filling in the estimate form or booking a call starts a conversation. It does not commit you to hiring us or commit us to taking the project. Either of us can walk away at any point before a contract is signed, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you later.

Accuracy

We keep this site current to the best of our ability, and we update figures when they change. Even so, content may become out of date, and we do not warrant that everything here is complete or error-free at any given moment. Photography used on this site is illustrative unless captioned as our own work.

The text, layout, and tools on this site belong to Salt to Summit Construction & Renovation. You are welcome to read, print, and share pages. Do not republish substantial portions as your own. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for what is on them.

Limitation

To the extent Utah law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on the estimates and guidance it contains. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
